Exchange program

Training activities constituted a major component of BLUEPRINT. Capacity building in the area of computational biology especially is a high priority in many of the participating countries and computational epigenomics is an important aspect of this. BLUEPRINT further recognized that in silico researchers benefit from interactions with wet-bench epigenetics researchers. Therefore a programme of funded laboratory exchanges was implemented in which applicants could apply to visit labs within and outside the BLUEPRINT consortium.

Initially, the program was only open to BLUEPRINT consortium members, but lateron we also accepted applications from non-BLUEPRINT members who wanted to visit a BLUEPRINT partner institute.

Given that the BLUEPRINT project is now finished, we do  not accept any further applications for the exchange program.
